Aquamid Reconstruction

High viscosity Aquamid Reconstruction is particularly well suited for treatments that require more volume.

 

Contraindications.

  • Never inject where other types of permanent implants already are present, or where resorbable implants have been injected less than six months earlier.
  • Do not inject in actively infected areas or areas with active skin disease or inflammation.
  • Outbreak of herpes labialis is a contraindication of Aquamid injections. Application of Aquamid is not recommended in persons with recurrent herpes labialis.
  • Aquamid should not be used in patients with autoimmune diseases affecting the skin area. Special attention should be paid to patients with autoimmune disorders receiving intermediate or lasting medical treatment.
