Esthelis
and glycerol benefits from two unique patented technologies;
1
- CPM technology;
Because of CPM technology, Esthelis can be
injected very superficially without any side effects. It enables placement to
the upper layers of the dermis close to the epidermis. The perfect
biointegration of Esthelis
ensures the most physiological, homogeneous and safest treatment.
2
- Combined technology HA and Glycerol ;

The Esthelis gel acts as a reservoir holding
glycerol thanks to low energy bonds and thus including a slow release. Glycerol
delivered to the superficial dermis with Esthelis arrives at the entrance to
AQP3 (Aquaporin-3 - a proteinchannel that allows glycerol to enter the epidermis
starting at the epidermo-dermal junction and goes to the stratum corneum or
upper layer of the epidermis.) at the dermo-epidermic junction.
Glycerol is transported through the epidermis
via the Aquaporin AQP3 channels to the strattum corneum, the layer of epidermis
that most requires rehydration for a fresh looking skin.
Glycerol is an Endogenous NMF (natural
moisturizing factor) that contributes to maintaining the hydration rate of
the dermis and reinforces the stratum corneum in its role a s barrier to water
loss.
The combination
Esthelis and Glycerol is a
unique combination that makes possible a very homogeneous filling effect while
increasing the quality of the skin. (Rehydration, better skin tone and
elasticity.)
Combined with HA (hyaluronic
acid) Glycerol strengthens its hydrating power through a creative mantle around
the HA. This covering protects it against degradations, in particular resistance
to free radicals, enzymatic and thermal degradation.
